Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Product expired at the time of delivery
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed food items
- Taste preference issues
- Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
